This work was born from lived transformation.
Not from theory.
Not from performance.
But from the seasons that reshaped me completely.
My own becoming
Burnout was my first initiation.
I was running multiple businesses, becoming a mother, and slowly realising how much of my worth was tied to achieving and doing. I didn’t know who I was without momentum and the rock bottom of adrenal fatigue combined with my resistance to embodying the 'Mother' archytype, had me in an anxious spiral of exhaustion most days.
Then came my fertility journey.
Multiple miscarriages.
A season that stripped me of control and cracked me wide open.
No amount of discipline or doing everything “right” could guarantee the outcome.
That reality forced me to confront how tightly I was gripping life and what it was costing my nervous system, my mental health, and my body.
Writing my book 'Metamorphosis' became another threshold.
To live transformation is one thing.
To embody it deeply enough to share and teach it is something else entirely.
Through these seasons, the four stages of transformation revealed themselves as my deepest truth and the core foundations of almost all the work I now do with Women.
Awareness
Surrender
Illumination
Embodiment
